Laurie Ainley

Laurie Ainley has a diverse work experience in the web development and technology space. Laurie began their career as a Freelance Web Developer in 2001. In 2008, they joined t5m as a Web Developer and worked with the CEO and CTO of the fast-paced startup. In 2011, they joined Rightster as Lead Web Developer and eventually became the Technical Evangelist. In 2015, they founded Donative, an online fundraising platform for charities, and coded the platform in Angular and Laravel. In 2016, they joined Level Up Media Ltd as Product Director and in 2018 they became Co-Founder and CTO of Poplar Studio, an AR marketing and commerce company.

Laurie Ainley obtained their BSc in Computer and Business Studies from the University of Warwick between 2004 and 2007. Laurie also holds a VOLO Volunteer certification from the VOLO Group.
