Richard Cary

Richard Cary has over three decades of experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Inspection Services at Popli Design Group since August 2010, Richard oversees roadway and bridge construction inspection forces for clients including NYSTA, NYSDOT, and various municipalities across New York State. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Project Engineer at Barton and Loguidice from August 2000 to August 2010 and held the position of Senior Engineer at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from November 1991 to July 2000. Richard holds a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and an AAS in Construction Technology from SUNY Canton.
