JD Uchima

JD Uchima is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Popmenu since November 2020, JD Uchima leads the product design and research team, focusing on team processes, product strategy, and team development. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Product at BIP CAPITAL, Director of UX at Gather by Tripleseat, and Director of User Experience Design at UserIQ, where JD Uchima specialized in establishing UX cultures, informing product strategies, and leading design teams. Additional roles have included UX Team Lead at CareerBuilder, Director of Product Design at Experience LLC, and Creative Director at PlayOn! Sports, showcasing a consistent commitment to quality design and user research throughout a diverse range of organizations and projects. JD Uchima holds a BA in Advertising from The Art Institutes.
