Randall Dove

Randall Dove is a CRCM, CRVPM with experience in compliance and risk management. Randall currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Compliance at Poppy Bank since October 2015. Prior to this, Randall served as Assistant Vice President at Luther Burbank Savings and Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, focusing on mortgage compliance. Randall also has experience at Citi and California Federal Bank - 1st Nationwide Mortgage Corporation in various compliance and policy management roles. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Florida State University and has certifications in regulatory compliance management and workforce development.
