Mindi Schwartz

Mindi Schwartz has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Mindi started their career at National Flora, where they worked as a Manager of Customer Care, overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Mindi then moved on to Ross Stores, where they served as a Front End Supervisor, managing a team of sales associates and ensuring excellent customer service.

Mindi then transitioned to the retail industry, joining Macy's as an Assistant Buyer in the Impulse Fashion division. Mindi later became an Assistant Buyer for Private Brand Karen Scott, collaborating with design and marketing teams to create assortments. Mindi further advanced in their career at Macy's, becoming an Omni Associate Buyer for Coats, responsible for driving and managing over $100M in annual sales.

After their time at Macy's, Mindi worked at Floral Studio as an Event Manager, providing consulting services to clients and overseeing the planning and execution of weddings and events. Mindi then joined Destination Flowers as a Floral Designer, creating beautiful floral designs and installations for weddings and events. Mindi also worked as a Floral Designer at Poppy Flowers.

Most recently, Mindi joined Casper as a Merchandise Allocator, where they are responsible for analyzing inventory levels and sales trends to create weekly replenishment allocations for retail stores across the United States and Canada.

Throughout their career, Mindi has received recognition for their outstanding performance, including receiving team awards for exceeding sales, margin, and turn. Mindi has demonstrated their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive successful financial strategies, and provide exceptional customer care.

Mindi Schwartz's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandise Management from Oregon State University. Prior to attending the university, Mindi Schwartz graduated from El Dorado High School. In addition to their formal education, Mindi Schwartz has also obtained multiple certifications. These include being a Certified Floral Designer from both the New York Botanical Garden and the AIFD American Institute of Floral Designers. Mindi also holds the AzMF Arizona Master Florist certification from the ARIZONA STATE FLORISTS ASSOCIATION. Mindi Schwartz is planning to obtain a certification in Fire Performance, specifically fire breathing or other, from House of Cirque in 2023.
