Nick Nauwelaerts

Nick Nauwelaerts is currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Poppy Mobility and as an Artist Advancing at Darkroom Bookings, an artist management agency focusing on Techno Artists. Previously, Nick held the role of Team Lead services at Blue Corner, where he managed three different teams, engaged in people and project management, and prioritized work planning and projects. He also has experience as a Customer Service Team Lead at Coolblue, where he led a team of approximately 25 employees, focused on employee well-being, and achieved KPIs. Nick also has a background in customer service, fundraising for NGOs, HR, and office administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Eventmanagement from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
