Maurizio Aurora is an experienced food and beverage manager currently employed at POPS since April 2022. Previously, Maurizio held the position of Maitre D'Hotel at Hotel Miramonti for a brief period in mid-2022, which was interrupted due to Covid-related logistical challenges.
