Jennifer Doherty has extensive experience in retail management, starting from Filene's Basement as a Missy lead and Store Trainer to their current role as a District Team Lead at pOpshelf. With a background in managing store teams and implementing merchandising programs, Jennifer has held various leadership positions at companies like Academy Sports + Outdoors, Target, buybuy BABY, and Kohl's Department Stores. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human resources and a minor in performance management at Strayer University.
