Alison Nearpass

Alison Nearpass is an experienced merchandising and product professional, currently serving as the Chief Merchandising and Product Officer at PopSockets since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alison held the same title at Arteza from June 2022 to November 2024 and served as the Director of Merchandising for Active at Spanx from December 2020 to June 2022. Alison's extensive experience at Under Armour from May 2011 to December 2020 included positions such as Sr. Director - Global Product and various roles focused on merchandising across women's and children's apparel. Earlier career experience includes positions at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, where Alison advanced from Management Trainee to Associate Merchandise Manager, and a merchandising internship at babe. (a boutique). Alison holds a BA in Business Marketing from Towson University, completed in 2008.
