Alexis Jones is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in health and wellness editorial roles. Currently serving as Senior Health Editor at POPSUGAR since March 2022, Alexis previously held the position of Senior Editor for Health Magazine at Meredith Corporation, overseeing The Share section and editing multiple print articles monthly. Prior to that, Alexis worked as an Assistant Editor at Hearst Magazines, contributing to Women’s Health and handling various editorial responsibilities across multiple publications, including digital content creation and SEO-driven writing. Alexis began a career in journalism with internships and fellowships at The Knot Magazine, Borrowed & Blue, and C-VILLE Weekly, complemented by a Master’s degree in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
