Guillermo Marxuach

Guillermo Marxuach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President and Division Manager of Individual Lending Services at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico since September 2017, Guillermo also held the position of Senior Vice President in the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Division. Prior to Banco Popular, Guillermo worked at Arcadis for over a decade, where roles included Global Design Regional Leader for North America and Global Leader of the Water Program Management while serving as Affiliate President in Puerto Rico. Guillermo began his career at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and later at Grupo Guayacan, Inc as Senior Associate. Early professional experience includes engineering management at ExxonMobil. Guillermo holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
