José A. Oquendo

José A. Oquendo is an experienced project manager and leader in the IT and operations sectors, currently serving at Popular since August 2014 in various capacities, including Project Manager and PM Center of Excellence Leader for ITO Transformation and IT Strategy Unit, as well as roles as a Business Analyst. Prior professional experience includes positions as Supply Planning Project Consultant at Mr. Special Supermarkets, Inc. and Work Measurement Project Consultant at Johnson & Johnson, along with an Industrial Engineering Co-op at GE. José A. Oquendo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned between 2008 and 2014.
