Lorenis Rosario

Lorenis Rosario is an experienced Project Coordinator and designer with a strong background in architecture and property management. Currently employed at Popular as a Property Management Projects Coordinator since May 2023, Lorenis previously held positions at Casa-i LLC, overseeing prefab home projects from January 2021 to March 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Designer at NORR, working on hospitality projects from October 2018 to September 2020, and as a Project Coordinator at Canopy / architecture + design, focusing on affordable housing initiatives in Chicago from October 2017 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes internships at KOO LLC and Searl Lamaster Howe Architects, as well as a role as a Web and Graphic Designer at Universidad de Puerto Rico. Lorenis holds a Master's Degree in Architecture with an Emphasis in Interior Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from Universidad de Puerto Rico. Additional academic achievements include a summer program certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
