Nestor Obie

Nestor Obie has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico since 1970. Starting as a trainee in the Management Association Program, Nestor progressed through various roles, including Human Resources in the Salary Administration Office and serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking from 1988 to 2004. Currently, Nestor holds the position of Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Operations since April 2004. Nestor's educational background includes a Master's degree in Banking from Universidad Interamericana, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and another Master's degree in Banking Operations from the University of Wisconsin.
