Santiago Ramírez Ávila

Santiago Ramírez Ávila is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in digital marketing, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Digital Marketing Officer at Popular since July 2022, Santiago also holds the position of founder and president at Fundación Génesis Inc., dedicated to promoting sustainability and collaboration in Puerto Rico through education, art, and technology. Previous roles include Innovation and Commercialization Liaison at Nuestro Barrio: Distrito Cultural de Santurce and swimming instructor and math tutor at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Santiago gained recognition as a finalist in the Entrepreneur Challenge with a social innovation project. Additionally, Santiago founded Brownie Planet PR and served as president of Young Business Leaders Sagrado, fostering entrepreneurial skills among peers. Santiago's academic credentials include ongoing studies for a Master's in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with executive certificates and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
