Catalina Jermann

Catalina brings 16 years of experience in program management, finance, operations management and donor compliance. She has a passion for fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders, supporting the development of others and working across teams to achieve strategic objectives. Prior to moving to the United States and joining PSI, she was a banker for nine years in her native Colombia.
