Sheila Mutheu

Sheila Mutheu is a seasoned professional in digital health with extensive experience in program management and partnerships. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Population Services International since July 2021, Sheila leads market facilitation and digital health partnerships while managing global digital health initiatives. Prior experience includes Regional Manager for Digital Health Partnerships at Living Goods, where Sheila contributed to community health program expansion in Africa, and over nine years at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, focusing on supply chain analytics and health systems strengthening. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Global Executive Business Administration from the United States International University - Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information & Technology from Strathmore University.
