Sugow Bishar Ahmed

Sugow Bishar Ahmed is an experienced project manager and health systems advisor with a demonstrated history of leadership in health sector reforms and project management within various NGOs and governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Project Manager/Team Leader for the Damal Caafimaad project at Population Services International, Sugow provides technical direction, manages staff, and coordinates essential health service delivery activities in Puntland State. With previous roles including Health Systems Strengthening Advisor and In-Country McKing Consultants Team Lead in Jubaland, Sugow has successfully collaborated with health ministries, stakeholders, and donors to enhance healthcare systems. Sugow's extensive educational background includes a Bachelor's, Master's, and ongoing Doctoral studies in Health Systems Management from Kenya Methodist University, complemented by several relevant certifications and a diploma in Health Records & Information Technology.
