Wendy Diao

Wendy Diao is an experienced accountant currently working at Populus Financial Group since December 2015, where responsibilities include the preparation and review of various financial accounts and maintaining compliance with GAAP guidelines. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as a Tax Processor and BPG Intern at KPMG for a brief period, handling expatriate payroll and tax return preparations while assisting with international tax reporting. Wendy also has experience as a Student Tutor in the UNT Accounting Department, helping students enhance their academic performance. Wendy holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Finance, Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Management Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Nanjing Normal University.
