Ashley Kuecher

Ashley Kuecher, MSMOB, is an experienced HR and payroll management professional with a strong background in customer service and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of HR/Payroll Services at Populus Group since April 2018, Ashley has held various roles within the organization, including Employee Relationship Specialist II, Onboarding Coordinator, and Payroll Services Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a Tuition Counselor at Benedictine University from March 2016 to April 2018, and serving as a Student Accounts Assistant IV at Elgin Community College from September 2012 to March 2016. Earlier in Ashley's career, experience as a Bank Teller at American Chartered Bank provided foundational skills in customer service and cash handling. Ashley Kuecher holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a BA in English from Illinois State University.
