Dov Cohn

Dov Cohn is the Co-Founder and CEO of PopUp. Dov has a background in Artificial Intelligence and has applied it to personal relationship networks to provide great solutions for the Residential Real Estate Industry.

Prior to PopUp, Dov Cohn was the Chief Product Officer & Chief Operating Officer at TouchCare LLC from December 2014 to December 2017. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of product, including roadmap, requirements, customer, development, QA, and support. Dov also worked closely with over 100 health care provider customers to understand their telemedicine needs and educate them on the emerging telehealth landscape.

In October 2016, TouchCare LLC made the strategic decision to pivot into new business - Insurance Advocacy. At that time, Dov took over as COO and managed all related functions, including marketing, finance, HR, operations, technology, and support. The company successfully launched the new service and underlying technology platform in five months and acquired four enterprise customers in the first four months of service.

In December 2017, the board centralized all operations in New York City and closed the Durham office.

Dov Cohn received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University and an MBA in Marketing from Penn State University.
