Kayley O'Connell

Kayley O'Connell is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand development, digital marketing, and team management. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at PSM Partners since July 2021, Kayley successfully established the company's first marketing department, overseeing its growth and leading a brand refresh that significantly enhanced online visibility and lead generation. Prior to this role, Kayley worked as a Marketing Specialist at Divergent Alliance, where website design and social media strategies doubled the company's online presence. Additional experience includes roles at Claire's in global buying, ABCOMRENTS.COM as a Marketing Assistant, and various positions in sales and customer engagement. Kayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
