Ashley Wilks

Ashley Wilks is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and graphic design. As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at XOi since August 2025, Ashley leverages expertise gained from previous roles, including Marketing Manager at WEX from September 2014 to September 2025 and design-focused positions at WEX Fleet One and AdOne Advertising. With a strong foundation in graphic design, Ashley has managed advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and media buying while effectively liaising with clients and leading design teams. Ashley holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Austin Peay State University and an AAS in Visual Communications from Nashville State Technical Institute.
