Darius James

Darius James has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Darius is currently serving as the President and CEO of Porch Point Mortgage since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development at RealKey from December 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining RealKey, Darius held the position of Director of Business Development at Home Point Financial from April 2019 to December 2020. Darius also served in the United States Army Reserve as a Soldier from January 2012 until 2020.

In addition, Darius gained experience as a Business Development Manager at Ethos Lending LLC from September 2018 to April 2019. Darius also worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc., where they initially served as a Wholesale Mortgage Lending Account Executive from an unknown start date to February 2018. Later, they took on the role of Special Projects-Wholesale Portfolio Mortgage Lending from February 2018 to September 2018.

Prior to their time at Caliber Home Loans, Darius worked in Mortgage Banking at loanDepot from 2016 to 2017, and at Quicken Loans from July 2012 to December 2016. Overall, their work experience displays their extensive knowledge and expertise in the mortgage industry.

Darius James attended Mayville State University from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Finance, General. During November 2020, they obtained a certification in Financial Markets from Yale University.
