Jennifer Norton

Jennifer Norton is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Sr Group HR Manager at Porch Group since July 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Intellectual Ventures, where support was provided to the Strategic Technology Group, facilitating transformational change. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Providence Health & Services as a Senior Program Manager & Attraction Strategist, contributing to one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the U.S. Earlier in the career at Microsoft, Jennifer held several HR-related roles, including Program Manager and Business Manager, overseeing critical processes and developmental programs for HR professionals. Jennifer earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Oregon.
