Matt McAlister

Matt McAlister is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in leading development projects and creating innovative web applications. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Porch Group since March 2018, Matt has previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer. Prior to Porch Group, Matt worked as a Lead Developer at Commercial Equipment Broker LLC from August 2014 to March 2018, where significant contributions included the development of a proprietary web application and an online marketplace. Earlier experience includes a Web Developer role at Savant Learning Systems Inc., focusing on business software solutions for employee and student management. Matt holds a degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, completed in 2017.
