Miguel Valenzuela is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at PorchLight Real Estate Group since February 2023, where significant achievements include a 95% list-to-sale price ratio and a 95% client satisfaction rating. Holding the position of Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® since December 2022, Miguel acts as a liaison with government officials and analyzes federal policies impacting the real estate market. In addition, Miguel serves as the Director of Government Affairs for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, advocating for policies beneficial to the Hispanic real estate community. Previously, Miguel had successful tenures as a real estate broker at Coldwell Banker and in various sales and membership roles in the fitness industry. Miguel possesses a B.A. in International Spanish for the Professions and Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed a study abroad program at Syracuse University Madrid.
