Pamela Darby, CRP, GMS, SGDS, GRP, WRS, RCC, LRS, serves as the Director of Relocation Services at PorchLight Real Estate Group since September 2016, and previously held the position of Vice President of Relocation Services at the same company. With extensive experience in the relocation industry, Pamela was also the Vice President of Relocation Services at Kentwood Real Estate from 1996 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing profit/loss outcomes and implementing innovative strategies for domestic and international relocation services. Earlier in their career, Pamela served as an Operations Manager and Personal Move Manager at Kentwood, overseeing daily operations and coordinating events to enhance brand awareness. Pamela began their career as a Relocation Coordinator at Moore Relocation from January 1991 to October 1996. Pamela is an alumnus of the Academy of the Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii.
