Bradley Hufstetler

Bradley Hufstetler has a diverse work experience in the field of process engineering. Bradley has held various roles and responsibilities in different companies throughout their career.

Starting from their most recent experience, Bradley worked as a Principal Process Engineer at Porex since 2023. Before that, they worked at Purple, where they held the position of Process Engineering Manager from May 2021 to July 2023. During this role, they managed a team of engineers and technicians, implemented safety initiatives, and led process improvement projects.

Prior to Purple, Bradley was a Senior Process Engineer at Purple from October 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they played a crucial role in the startup of a mattress manufacturing facility, mentored junior engineers, and conducted safety analysis.

Before joining Purple, they worked as a Sr Process Engineer at Morgan Advanced Materials from October 2019 to September 2020. Here, they oversaw the design and installation of an automated packing system and was involved in work transfer projects between the USA and Mexico.

Bradley'sprevious experience includes working as a Process/Project Engineer at CertainTeed Corporation from February 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they managed the installation of a $5M capital project and documented the process according to WCM and Lean manufacturing principles.

Bradley also worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at Mannington Mills, Inc. from September 2016 to February 2018. Bradley focused on the manufacturing, finishing, and packaging processes of luxury vinyl tile (LVT).

Prior to Mannington Mills, they were a Process Engineer at OFS from June 2011 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the quality control, process improvement, and employee training related to the optical fiber drawing process.

Bradley's career started as a Design Engineer Co-op at Intech Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Here, they assisted in designing robots for heat exchanger pipe inspections for nuclear power stations.

Throughout their career, Bradley has gained experience in various industries, including manufacturing, materials, and automation. Bradley has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and team leadership.

Bradley Hufstetler earned an Associate's Degree in Physics/Pre-engineering from Dalton State College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Bradley then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
