Dan Furey

Dan Furey has extensive experience in sales and management roles across various industries. Dan currently works at Porex as the Virtek® Membrane Sales Manager, responsible for sales of PTFE materials in North and South America. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of North America Sales at Activbody, where they formulated and implemented selling strategies, oversaw retail go-to-market implementation, managed high-profile customers, and developed sales and marketing strategies. Dan achieved significant revenue growth and expanded retail and distribution opportunities during their tenure. Before Activbody, Dan worked as a Regional Sales Manager at The Filtration Group Life Sciences Division and as the Director of Sales at Strata Skin Sciences, where they successfully trained and managed sales teams, achieved revenue growth, and provided strategic support to secure customer agreements. Dan also has previous experience as an Account Executive at Marine Polymer Technologies, a Sales Representative at Genesis Clinical Laboratory, and a Territory Sales Manager at Campbell Soup Company.

Dan Furey pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 1996. Dan attended Xavier University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations & Economics. Later, in 2015, they enrolled at Northwestern University and completed their studies in 2016. During this time, Dan earned a Masters of Science in Communication (M.S.C.) degree, with a focus on Masters of Science in Communication.
