Hassan Amir

Hassan Amir has extensive work experience in product development engineering, with a focus on the medical device industry. Hassan is currently working as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Porex since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Vero Biotech from February 2020 to September 2021.

Hassan also worked as a Development Engineer at Gerresheimer from July 2016 to February 2020. Before that, they were a Product Development Engineer at Integra LifeSciences from November 2009 to June 2016.

Hassan'searliest experience in the field was at Becton Dickinson, where they held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Hassan Amir has a diverse educational background. In 1992, they attended Essex County College, where they pursued an AAS degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and completed their studies in 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 2000, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2004, Hassan attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they earned a Certificate in Plastic Engineering Technology. Continuing their studies, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Plastic Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
