Jannette Demmler

Jannette Demmler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jannette is currently working at Porex as the HR Director, where they are responsible for all HR-related matters for the production site in Reinbek. In addition, they are a strategic HR Business Partner for the global Air Care Team, supporting the segment structure and making strategic HR decisions. Jannette also drives the harmonization and optimization of HR structures and processes.

Prior to their role at Porex, Jannette worked at GRUNDFOS. Jannette started as an HR Generalist/Personalsachbearbeiterin and later was promoted to HR Business Partner, where they handled various HR processes at the site. Jannette was also responsible for implementing the Successfactors HRCM system and acted as a single-point-of-contact for all HR-related matters.

Before GRUNDFOS, Jannette worked at good news! GmbH as a Management Assistant and a Office Apprentice earlier in their career.

Jannette Demmler has a diverse education history. Jannette obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, graduating between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor Professional of Human Resources Management (CCI) at Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they attended Hanse-Schule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a degree as a Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation.

Furthermore, Jannette Demmler has acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In March 2020, they completed the TWI - Training within Industry Job Relations program at the TWI Institute Headquarters. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in CEB (SHL) Personality and Ability Assessment/Development and Talent Assessment from SHL.
