Joseph V. Antona

Mr. Antonacci has held various positions in Madison's Filtration Group business. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of the Porex Foam Products Manufacturing Center of Excellence and concurrently as Vice President of Growth Initiatives at Porex. Previously, Mr. Antonacci was Director of Operations and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Filtration Group of companies, where he was responsible for establishing the company's financial planning and analysis function, as well as providing due diligence and financial integration support for several acquisitions during periods of significant growth.

Prior to joining Madison, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche, focusing on the audit of acquired manufacturing and distribution businesses. He has worked at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies with largely fragmented operations. Mr. Antonacci holds degrees in Accounting, Finance and Economics from North Central College and is a CPA Chartered Accountant.
