Matthew Lassiter

Matthew Lassiter has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Matthew is currently working as the Human Resources Director (Global) at Porex, where they lead the HR function for Custom Porous Solution's global commercial, product development, and manufacturing groups in multiple countries. Matthew is focused on mission & culture, talent management, and frontline-obsession. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Human Resource Director at Porex and as a Multi-Site Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Manager at Dart Container. Matthew also served as a Client Services Consultant at PRO Unlimited and as an HR Business Partner at ServicePower. Matthew began their career in the US Navy, where they held various roles as an Operations Specialist and as a member of the United States Navy Ceremonial Honor Guard.
