Dilshad Salam, currently pursuing CIPS Level 4, previously worked as a Sr. Procurement Engineer at Electromechanical Engineering Co and as a Procurement Officer at Powermech Engineering WLL. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at PORR Group. Dilshad is experienced in implementing procurement procedures according to project and quality control standards, as well as managing project budgets and cost systems for efficient cash flow.
