Susanne Brustmann

Susanne Brustmann has extensive work experience in human resources and people development. Susanne currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources Germany and Group Head of People Development at PORR Group since July 2022. Before that, they were the Group Head of People Development and PORR Academy at the same company from June 2021 to July 2022. Prior to their work at PORR Group, they served as the Head of Human Resources and Internal Communication at card complete Service Bank AG from September 2018 to June 2021. Susanne also has experience working at UniCredit Bank Austria AG where they held the positions of Head of Human Capital Development from April 2017 to September 2018, and Head of HR Transformation and retained Organisation from September 2012 to March 2017. Before that, they worked at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions as the Head of Development and Training from 2002 to 2012. Susanne also held the role of Head of HR at neudörfler büromöbel in 2002. Susanne's career in human resources began at Schoellerbank, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from 1994 to 2002.
