Anthony Piccari is an experienced automotive professional with a diverse background in aftersales management and customer satisfaction across various luxury brands. Currently serving as the Regional Aftersales Manager at Porsche Cars North America since April 2018, Anthony collaborates with Porsche retailers to optimize operational performance and profitability. Previously held roles include Aftersales Business Manager for Ferrari, where Anthony managed key performance metrics for 12 dealerships, and Regional Customer Satisfaction Manager at Infiniti Motor Company Ltd., overseeing 118 dealerships and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics.
