Lisa Arnold

Lisa Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Porsche Cars North America since October 2018, Lisa provides support to Plan Trustees, Corporate Management, and employees across the organization. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Director of HR Compliance, Payroll and Benefits at CryoLife, Inc., where responsibilities included managing payroll, compliance, and benefit programs. Lisa's career began at National Employer Solutions, progressing through various roles at organizations such as Community Health Systems, Charter Behavioral Health Systems, and Cox Enterprise, where Lisa managed tax and compliance activities for a workforce exceeding 60,000 employees. Lisa holds a Juris Masters in Business Law and Regulation from Emory University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shorter College and a minor in Criminal Justice.
