Nick Tamborra

Nick Tamborra is an experienced regulatory and compliance manager with a robust background in automotive emissions and safety. Currently serving as the Manager of Legislative and Regulatory Compliance at Porsche Cars North America since March 2023, Tamborra previously held significant roles at Volkswagen Group of America, including Emissions Regulatory Strategy Manager, where leadership was exerted over the regulatory team for emissions and electric vehicle policy. With expertise developed across multiple automobile manufacturers, including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Mitsubishi Motors, Tamborra has consistently focused on regulatory strategy, product compliance, and environmental standards. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Transportation Safety Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.
