Rachel Geng

Rachel GENG has extensive experience in operations and digital transformation within the automotive and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Dealer Systems Operation Management at Porsche (China) Motors Ltd since January 2021, Rachel has played a key role in implementing digital solutions for Porsche Centers across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao, including successfully guiding over 10 new Porsche Centers in after-sales system preparations during the COVID pandemic. Previously, Rachel worked at LMDB GROUP in Hong Kong from 2015 to 2019, managing operations and logistics between third-party logistics agencies and European suppliers, as well as facilitating timely customs clearances between China and EU countries. Rachel began a professional career as a Team Assistant at Siemens in 2011. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration (IMBA) from IÉSEG School of Management, completed in June 2022.
