Valentina Pizarro Droguett

Valentina Pizarro Droguett currently works as an Analista de atención al cliente at Porsche Volkswagen Servicios Financieros Chile SpA since August 2022. Previously, Valentina held the position of Help Desk Manager at ZeroQ, where responsibilities included supervising and ensuring SLA compliance for Level 1 and Level 2 agents and monitoring field technicians. Valentina also served as Líder de equipo de soporte at Adereso, managing the support teams in Chile and Mexico, and as an Agente de soporte, handling customer inquiries via chat and email while updating internal processes and documentation. Additionally, Valentina gained experience as a Traductora at Lureye, translating manuals and technical documents, and worked independently as a Profesora de inglés, providing private English lessons to children and adults. Valentina holds professional degrees in Translation and Interpretation from the Universidad de Artes, Ciencias y Comunicación and completed a diploma in the same field at the same institution, alongside studies at the Instituto Chileno Norteamericano.
