Christopher Wolff

Christopher Wolff, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Deputy Director of Labor Relations and Chief Negotiator at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Management and Development function, establishing the Office of Second Chance Employment, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce vacancy levels. Wolff has a robust background in talent acquisition, having progressed through various leadership roles, including General Manager and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment experiences. Previously, Wolff worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
