Joann Spirito

Joann Spirito has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as Deputy Director of Procurement at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey since September 2011, with previous roles including Assistant Director and Manager of Procurement for construction and federal compliance. Prior to this, Joann held positions at NJ Transit as Manager of Third Party Agreements for THE ARC Tunnel Project, and at STV - THE Partnership as Contract Manager for the same project. Other experience includes Project Manager at Triumph Construction Corp. and Operations Manager at Tucci Equipment Rental Corp. Additionally, Joann is a Board Member at the YMCA of Yonkers since October 2024.
