Luke S. Bassis

Luke S. Bassis, Esq., MBA, currently serves as Director at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where responsibilities have included roles such as Deputy Director of Procurement, Procurement Manager of Integrity, Compliance and Contract Review, and Procurement Legal Management Executive since December 2008. From September 2022 to February 2025, Luke Bassis was appointed Commissioner/Co-Chair of the inaugural General Services Administration (GSA). Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Baruch College, a Doctor of Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, as well as completion of secondary education at Stuyvesant High School.
