Eric Ferreira

Eric Ferreira currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Port Electronics Corporation since November 2024. Ferreira has extensive experience in law enforcement, having held positions as Police Captain and Police Lieutenant with the City of Methuen from July 2012 to November 2024, and as a Police Officer in Hudson, NH from July 2007 to July 2012. Additionally, Ferreira completed a judicial internship with the U.S. District Courts under Honorable Magistrate Judge Donald Cabell in early 2024. A veteran of the United States Marine Forces Reserve, Ferreira served as Sergeant Major of Marines from January 2002 until April 2024. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from New England Law | Boston (expected in May 2025), a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Graduate Certificate in Security Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
