Julian Thibeault

Julian Thibeault has worked in various roles and positions in the information technology industry since 2007. In their current role, they are the Co-Founder and Consulting Partner at StrataNorth, where they help businesses of all sizes adopt the right technology to help them grow, work smarter and deliver the best customer experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Port Electronics Corporation, where they were responsible for analyzing the business needs and incorporating technology solutions to better serve the organization. Julian has also worked in senior system engineering roles at ZOLL Medical Corporation, Parexel, and Bottomline Technologies, where they supported and maintained various software and hardware systems. Additionally, they have experience as a Client CIO at Mainstay Technologies, a Systems Administrator at Decision Resources Group, and a Systems Engineer at CIS Technical Services. Julian's work experience also includes hands-on technical support roles earlier in their career, such as contract IT support at Sullivan and Cogliano-IT Staffing & Workforce Solutions and Help Desk Specialist at Goodrich.

During 2001 and 2002, Julian Thibeault attended Clark University where they obtained their Microsoft Technical Certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional. In addition, Julian has received several other certifications including ITIL Foundation Level, Commvault V11 Core Fundamentals, MCSA: Office 365, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. These certifications were obtained between 2010 and 2020.
