Conrad Strong

Conrad Strong has a long and diverse work experience, primarily focused on the maritime industry. Conrad currently holds the position of Assistant Director of Operations at Port Everglades (Broward County), a role they started in February 2022. Shortly after, in March 2022, they were promoted to Managing Director at the same company.

Prior to their current roles, Conrad started their career at Port Everglades in 1986 as a Linehandler. Conrad then worked their way up to become a Duty Harbormaster, a role they held from September 1996 to January 2001. After that, they took on the position of Assistant Harbormaster from January 2001 to January 2004. In these roles, Conrad was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the harbor and ensured the adherence to policies and procedures, supporting the vision of the Chief Harbormaster.

Conrad Strong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Fort Lauderdale High School; however, the specific years or degrees earned are undisclosed.
