Janice Carter

Janice Carter is an experienced Contract Grant Administrator at Broward County Government since November 2018, previously serving as the Director of Community Relations and Resource Development at the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, Inc. from January 2010 to July 2018. In this role, Janice Carter was responsible for garnering resources to support the Coalition's mission and developing standards for community relations and resource development, while tracking progress toward established goals. Janice Carter holds a Master's degree in Public Administration as well as a Master's degree in Applied Social Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned between 1979 and 1984.
