Mark Darmanin has extensive experience in the government sector, particularly in water and wastewater operations. Mark served as the Director of Water and Wastewater Operations at Broward County Government from 2013, overseeing various aspects of the utility, such as treatment facilities, distribution systems, and compliance sections. During their time there, Broward County won the AWWA distribution system of the year award in 2014.
