Olga Bast

Olga Bast, MS, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project coordination within the public sector. Currently serving as a Program/Project Coordinator Senior at Broward County Government since July 2015, Olga has held various positions, including Human Services Quality Assurance Coordinator and Program Performance Analyst. Prior experience includes roles such as FIMR Coordinator at the Health Council of Southeast Florida and Program Supervisor at HomeSafe Florida. Olga's career began as a Senior Family Service Coordinator at the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, and Olga has worked in various capacities within children's services. Educationally, Olga holds a Postgraduate Degree in Family Constellation from Faculdade Innovare, an MBA in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, an MS in Adult Education from Florida International University, and a BA in Psychology from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
